Class Format

This program conducted in a shared studio environment, students work on individual guided artworks, applying skills step by step in a project-based format. Instructors provide ongoing feedback, critiques, and technical support while encouraging independent decision-making and personal direction. Ideal for intermediate to advanced learners, this integrated studio model supports the development of stronger concepts, refined techniques, and more cohesive, self-directed bodies of work.

*Materials are excluded. Please bring your own materials for your artwork. Basic tools are provided.

Class Hours:

Monday: 6:30PM - 8:30PM

• Please allow 1-2 business days for the registration process to be completed.

• No classes on Statutory Holidays

• Non refundable transaction fee applied to all adult programs

• No make-up class offered for any reason of absenteeism.

Program Policy

Program Changes

Instructors or program content may change at Green Apple Art Centre’s discretion, without notice. Some programs and classes may have specific requirements and policies. Please contact us for details.

Fees

Applicable program fees must be paid in full upon registration. A charge of $25 will apply to returned cheques. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, VISA, American Express, or MasterCard. For cheque payments, please write “M. Pollio Education Group Inc” in pay to the order of section. 

Class Cancellation Policy

Green Apple Art Centre reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum enrolment requirement. Classes with an enrollment of fewer than 3 students may be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled start date. The minimum enrollment numbers depend on studio capacity. Typically, cancellations will occur 2 to 7 days before the start date, and affected students will be notified via email. Students from canceled classes may be transferred to another class at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

In cases of instructor illness or extreme weather conditions, Green Apple Art Centre will make every effort to provide a substitute rather than canceling a class. If a substitute is unavailable, a replacement attendance date will be scheduled. No refund or makeup class is available for students who miss a class.

There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the start of the class. You may switch to another time for the same or different class or transfer the money to credit that can be used within one-year from the issued date.
